We never give out specific information about our visitors, mailing list subscribers, or anyone who contacts us, except in the following cases:

Many times the volunteers monitoring our contact addresses will forward queries to others in the community in an attempt to fulfill requests;
Approved email submissions to the Highland Park Neighborhood mailing list are delivered to the members of the list (sometimes with editorial changes). Anyone can read the mailing list archives, although sender addresses are obfuscated in the archives to avoid the collection of these addresses by web crawling software;
We may characterize visitor and sender activity without identifying individuals. We would only do this in order to accomplish the primary mission of the web site and mailing lists: to promote the Highland Park community, including its residents, businesses, and the park.
